All products and items purchased from Author Tamara D. Jones are non-refundable. In the case that a book is damaged upon receipt, it can be replaced up to 1 time. An image of the book and proof of purchase should be emailed to authorteejones@gmail.com with subject line “Damaged Book” within 14 days of receipt.
