About the Author

Tamara D. Jones is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She’s an alum of Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. Since a young age she has always had a love for writing and her passion for it continued to grow. Eventually, leading to her publishing her first book, My Worries, My Woes, and My Peace, and subsequently The Poetic Adoration.

As she grew in her relationship with God, submitting her plans in life also included submitting her writing to what He wanted. She’s had two poems published in the National Library of Poetry and co-written a skit about the history of her alma mater. In 2022, she founded DCT. The intention and overall goal of her writing and DCT is to uplift, inspire, and promote a life lived to please Christ.
